Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS & RENEWALS

All returns must be requested within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. No refund request will be accepted for subsequent subscription renewals that are processed automatically. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription on the My Account page prior to the renewal date.

REFUND PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at scalpers.heaven@gmail.com and provide 1) the product name and 2) your TradingView™ username that was used to grant permission to the product.

REFUND TIMING

After receiving your email and validation of your purchase of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • A 5% processing fee will be charged for all refunds using PayPal.

  • A 6% processing fee will be charged for all refunds using Cryptocurrency.
